- Growth of technology in the world of electronics expected can assist to fulfill requirement of human being, one of the example of is appliance to overcome queue. During its growth of this is system very needed to water down queue. Intention of making of this appliance is to overcome the problem of queue to water down service. Making of this counter queue system consist of two phase that is, First is hardware planning phase which cover RFID as identifying automatically at identity card, PC ( Personal Computer) as transmission system of data, display (dot matrix) as queue call appearance. Both/ second is phase making of software using program of Delphi to arrange entire all counter queue system automatically. This queue counter system of simulation for case study of is problem of queue in Biro Keuangan Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This automatic system queue counter can water down student in process administrative services.
