- The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of labor productivity of the tobacco processing industry at PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. Malang City, analyzed the level of education, wages, and age on the labor productivity of the tobacco processing industry at PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. Malang city. This study uses primary data with a method of collecting data in the form of questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a cross-section data model. In the equation of the dependent variable model (Y) is labor productivity while the independent variable (X) is the level of education, wages, and age. The results showed that the variables of education, wages, and age levels had a positive and significant effect on the labor productivity of the tobacco processing industry at PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. Malang City.
