- In arranging the project there are hind of activities that have big quantity, so that it needs agood management in order to the implementation will on time. So there is no fluctution of human resources Project managemen has an impotant role to reach the goal eggiciently and effectively. Giving dirrection the human resources and other resaurces in order to run to the right and certain direction. Besides, to make the schedule it Use PERT ( Program Evaluation and technique) method and to make it easier the controling of using computer program intrument Microsoft Project 2003 The result of the calculation found that the cost for project of developing Laboratorium building of faculty of University of Muhammadiyah Malang is about Rp 1.347.698.786,44 (including PPN 10%), human resources that was use about 4.859,56 man-day, therefore, from the result of arranging the project with considering the Holiday and other special days so the project can be finished for about 166 days with the fastest time 157,171 days and the slowest time 174,829 days.
