  • Sorghum is one of the food potential for substitution of flour and rice because it is still a family with wheat and rice, just a different subfamily, so characteristic of tepungnya is relatively better than flour-tubers. Therefore sorghum can be used as as substitute-CARB alternatives (Ruchjaniningsih, 2008 in the Rifa'i, 2015).
