  • This study analyzes the Normative Juridical Analysis of Court Decisions on Industrial Relations Issues Resolution Number: 8 / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2015 / PN.Gto. The problem to be investigated is related to the basis of the judge's consideration in deciding the industrial relations case hearing for contract workers who were laid off during the active employment contract period. While the research methods used by the authors use Normative Analysis. The results of the research conducted by the author are that the basis of the judge's judgment in deciding a case is one of the most important things in knowing justice and legal certainty in terminating a case, besides also discussing related to the rights of workers given after termination as given wages, severance pay and collateral that workers must obtain. The author can conclude that the rights of workers who were laid off during the active work contract must be given fairly in accordance with the provisions and policies of a company, accompanied by the basis of judges' consideration in the trial of the Industrial Relations case settlement.
