Daftar Isi:
- Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) is one of the plants whose fruit is widely used in the food, beverage and cosmetics industries. One way to multiply vanilla plants is by cuttings. auxin is one of the growth regulators (ZPT) that can affect the growth of cuttings. Fungicides are a type of pesticide used to control disease attacks on cuttings. This study aims to determine the effect of administration of auxin and fungicide growth regulators on the growth of cuttings of vanilla plants (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) which was repeated 3 times. The first factor is giving doses of Auxin Growth Regulator (Clonex), which consists of 5 levels, namely A1 = 0 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 75 ppm, and 100 ppm while the second factor is the dose of fungicide consisting of 3 levels, namely F1 = 0 g / l, 2 g / l, and 4 g / l resulting in 15 treatment combinations. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows. There is no real interaction in the administration of auxin and fungicide growth regulators on the growth of cuttings of vanilla plants (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). The treatment of giving auxin growth regulator (100 ppm) showed the best results. The treatment of dosing fungicides did not show significantly different results in the growth of vanilla cuttings.
