- CV. MONDOROKO MAPAN is a company engaged in manufacturing with producing paving, the company was founded in 1979. CV. MONDOROKO MAPAN has used modern tools for the production process. However, due to operator / worker negligence, it often causes workplace accidents. Such as not using personal protective equipment is often underestimated by the operator. The method used is SHERPA to identify hazard sources while JSA is used to provide solutions to problems faced by the company. Calculation of risk score is known to be the biggest error value in the process of taking stones from molen machines. The purpose of analysis using JSA is as an improvement so that work accidents in the production process can be minimized. The results of the analysis by the JSA method are forms that contain proposed improvements such as the procurement of masks, design caps for adding components to the engine, the addition of tools in the form of pallets and handpallet as well as making standard operating procedures.
