HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DAN MASA KERJA TERHADAP RISIKO TERJADINYA SHOULDER PAIN PADA PENAMBANG PASIR DI KALIMUJUR KABUPATEN LUMAJANG

- Background: Sand miners have a risk of shoulder pain. Shoulder painis pain that arises around the shoulder, there are several factors such as workload and years of service. Physiological supply of oxygen to the network will be slow due to heavy workloads with long working periods. Research methodology: this research is analytic observational using cross sectional method, the research was conducted on February 25-27 2019. Respondents in this study were 62 sand respondents in Kalimujur Lumajang regency. Measuring instruments used were Quick Exposure Check and Nordic Body Map. Respondent taking techniques used purposive sampling. Results: Spearman rank correlation test results obtained significance of 0.00 <0.05, then H1 was accepted, so that the results obtained the relationship of workload and work life to the risk of shoulder pain in sand miners in Kalimujur Lumajang Regency. Conclusion: There is a correlation between workload and work period on the risk of shoulder pain in sand miners in Kalimujur Lumajang Regency.
