  • Toll road is a freeway functioning to connect places, to reduce road density, and to shorten the traveling time between cities. Due to high level of traffic and damages on several main roads, a toll road is provided as the best alternative. This study designed a flexible pavement with Bina Marga method. The results showed that the surface layer was built with concrete asphalt layer with the thickness of 10 cm; the upper foundation layer was built with class A-crushed stones with the thickness of 25 cm; and the bottom foundation layer was built with class-A sandstone with the thickness of 48 cm. The budget plan for this construction was IDR 374. 910.030.000.
