- Azzola microphylla is ferny plant lives in water that hold important role in fixationof free phosphor from air. Beside that, Azzola including as high quality plant, has high Phosphor content, low lignin and polyphenol. Organic Azzola plant can be selected as alternative to defend the soil fertility. In making the organic fertilizer /compost it is not free from the bio activator. The bio activator function is to improve the organic materials quality and accelerating the compost ripeness. EM4 is one of bio activator which contain photosynthetic bacteria such as Lactobacillussp, Saccharomyces, sp, Actino-mycetes, spand fermentation fungi. The research aimed at knowing the influence of various EM4 concentration toward nitrogen content and the speed formation of Azzola microphylla. And to know the most effective concentration of various EM4 concentration toward the phosphor content and the speed formation of Azzola microphylla fertilizer. The research is True Experiment research and the design is True Posttest Only Control Group Design, research with treatment, replication, and control. The research design used complete random design (RAL), with 5 treatments (15 mL, 20 mL, 25mL, 30mL, and 0 mL) and replicated 4 times. The population of the research is Azzola microphylla taken from UMM biotechnology development center. The obtained data were analyzed by using one way. The research showed that the giving of EM4 concentration giving with treatment of 30mL has the highest phosphor content.
