- This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the work environment on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary and secondary data. The research sample is regular employees totaling 40 respondents with saturated sampling. Testing instruments is done by testing the validity and reliability. The analytical tool used is a range of scales and path analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and sobel test. The results of the scale range analysis show a good work environment, high job satisfaction, and low turnover intention. The results of path analysis state that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Advice for companies is to pay more attention to the work environment, especially the relationship between employees.
