- The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Ibis Styles Malang Hotel. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on 35 respondents who have been determined using total sampling by taking all employees of the Ibis Styles Malang Hotel as a sampling method using a questionnaire for data collection. The results of the study revealed that the leadership style and job satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance from the value of F count of 4.093. Variables that have the greatest influence on employee performance are leadership style variables.
