Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is qualitative descriptive and quantitative. economy size analysis result can prove that during three year best finance performance that is in the year 2007, the mentioned caused by with variant smallest can prove resort ability in achieve target can be fulfilled. Efficiency size analysis result inferential that Pemerintah Daerah Tingkat II Kabupaten Malang not yet can to fulfil on income achievement target during three year, where during three year can to maximise facilities use that has in effort to produce income and do efficiency at the expense of that taked. effectiveness analysis result can prove that instnasi not yet can to fulfil on income achievement target during three and maximise facilities use that has in effort to produce income. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed Pemerintah Daerah Tingkat II Kabupaten Malang to do control at the expense of or expenditure so that can be allocated correctly and decrease extravagance level at the expense of on the chance of can to increase efficiency at the expense of that taked. supposed Pemerintah Daerah Tingkat II Kabupaten Malang more maximises income enhanced activity on the chance of can to close at the expense of that taked by resort and supposed to do evaluation on performance that achieved on the chance of serve the purpose of base in wisdom to income enhanced.
