- The Informatics Engineering Laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang requires a financial system that works effectively. Usually this financial system is done manually but with the help of computers, which is implemented in the form of excel. The financial information system that is still manual makes the laboratories need a long time both in the execution of the report and to tap data every semester or annually.This financial information system uses descriptive research methods with a type of case study research in companies where data collection techniques used include interviews, literature study observations for data analysis techniques using waterfall. Applications that will be made are equipped with features needed by informatics engineering laboratories starting from managing users, managing planning and managing realization. After going through these stages, the system is tested with the blackbox testing method and UAT to assess the functionality of the feature features that the laboratory wants to use. The results of the end of the program are run so that the lab administrator can monitor and work on the financial statements of each activity.
