- Background: CKD is currently one of the diseases that often occur and is a concern in the world, including in Indonesia. The number of sufferers of this disease is very large and tends to increase from year to year. Kidney failure is a condition where the function of the kidney organ has decreased, so that it is no longer able to function properly. Because kidney failure sufferers are required to have regular dialysis throughout their lives, it is necessary to limit fluid intake for the purpose of improving the quality of life of patients. Objective: From this research that is to find out family support for chronic raven patients who undergo hemodialysis. Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study research strategy. Interview data collection techniques used three participants who were used as sources, namely the patient and two family members. Results: From this study, four themes were found: the family gave information about Ny. S, families meet ADL needs, families always accompany and motivate clients, families try to reduce internal stress with spiritual habits. Discussion: From the results of this study it can be concluded that family support in patients with chronic kidney failure is very important and has many benefits for the survival of kidney failure patients.
