Semen Padang, where the production activities is to packing cement. Problems that occur are not yet integrated the functions of production, inventory and distribution resulting in high production costs, save and send, and and &#xD; excess inventory levels in Packing Plant&#x2019;s level and Warehouse Buffer. Thus the integrated model is expected to minimize the total cost. &#xD; This study aims to create a model of integration-Stock Production-Distribution in order to reduce the total costs and find great savings made. There are several stages in the processing of data, starting with demand forecasting and calculating the value of safety stock, and then making a model of integration with the MIP formulation (mixed integer programming) and then search for a solutions with the Lingo software. The last is to calculate the initial cost of the company that later compared with the cost of integration models. &#xD; Objective function of the integration model is to minimize total production costs, inventory costs and delivery costs, with a constrictor function to be considered: (1) The capacity of the bulk cement that supplied to Packing Plant, (2) The capacity of production time, (3) the maximum &#xD; production capacity, ( 4) The balance inventories at Packing Plant and Warehouse Buffer, (5) Safety Stock of each product in Packing Plant and Warehouse Buffer, (6) storage capacity in Packing Plant and Warehouse Buffer, (7) The capacity of transport ships and, (8) Ship&#x2019;s capacity &#xD; time.
