- Background : Tuberculosis in one of the most prevalent infectous diseases in the world. Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic and contagious infectious disease that is closely related to environmental conditions and community behavior. Because treatment is a very important part of tuberculosis, it requires a level of compliance With tuberculosis or Pulmonary TB treatmentThe purpose of this study was to determine the level of adherence to acute TB treathment. Method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study research strategy. The interview data collection technique uses 3 respondents who are used as sources, namely patients and 2 families. The results of this study obtained 3 themes, patient knowledge, control to reduce the risk of drug withdwal, patient’s family limitations. Discussion: from the results of this study it can be concluded that medication adherence to TBC (Tuberculosis) patients is very important and has many benefits for the successful treatment of TBC (Tuberculosis) patients.
