- The Graha INKA Madiun office building construction project is one of the construction projects undertaken in the Railway Industry complex in Madiun. This building will be used for PT.INKA Madiun office staff and documents and archive storage. The foreman is one component of the workforce that has an important role in the process of job realization. In effort to help working management, the foreman must know the level of productivity of his workers. The foreman's productivity will largely determine the profit or loss of a project, this is related to the level of productivity of the foreman relating to the promotional costs required. Necessary, one of the projects to be implemented is the Graha INKA Madiun office building. This building has an area of 3,758 m2 and has 3 floors from the ground floor. From the network calculation, the planning time for implementing the agreement was 209 days. And obtained an analysis of the unit wage price of workers in the main structure of Rp. 1,447,848,696. It takes 14 formwork workers and 39 steel workers and 39 concrete workers each day.
