This research use descriptive quantitave methods, which make an approach of empirical study. Analysis instrument use Altman Model’s (the score of bankcrupt prediction) that collected five ratio finance co prediction the bankcrupt of the company. The five ratio are X1 (Financial Capital/Total Asset), X2 (Profit Hold/Total Asset), X3 (EBIT/Total Asset), X4 (Modal Market Stock Value/Obligation Book Value), and X5 (Selling/Total Asset). The data that used for this research are secunder data from the cigarettes company go public that listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia, they are PT. BAT Indonesia, PT. Bentoel International Investama Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, and PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk. The measurement to decide that the condition of financial company show the value Z < 1,20 describe the financial condition is in bad condition, if 1,20 < Z > 2,90 describe the financial condition is in dangerous condition, and if Z > 2,90 describe the financial condition is in good and safety for bankcrupt indication. Based on the result of research from four cigarettes company go public that registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia during 8 years (2001-2008), there are 2 cigarettes company that have dangerous condition for financial, they are PT. BAT Indonesia Tbk and PT. Bentoel International Investama Tbk. While 2 another companies (PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk) show the good financial condition.
