- Performance measurement is to determine how well the business activities undertaken to achieve its strategic objectives. Company's strategic planning should include a structured approach to monitoring and measurement company. The aim of the company in general is to optimize profit (profit) companies with a way to increase sales and reduce costs to a minimum This research is studying khasus at company PT. Cowell Development Tbk Tangerang with "Financial Performance Analysis Using the Balanced Scorecard Approach". The purpose of this research is to megetahui financial performance of PT. Cowell Development Tbk Tangerang using the balanced scorecard approach. A hypothesis proposed in this study is the performance of firms PT. Cowell Development Page healthy The analysis used in this study is the balanced scorecard approach includes four perspectives: financial perspective, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The benchmark for determining that the performance of the company is healthy or not by using time series method is to compare how the data have been obtained during the period 2006 to 2009. The result of calculation with the analysis of balanced scorecard, all performance measurement indicators show a healthy company performance, but the business process perspective is not healthy, because the company in meeting the capacity to meet manufacturing has not been able to reach the maximum, so the results are not in accordance with what is expected by the company. Based on these conclusions, the authors may imply to some interested parties, namely, should the management company is able to keep it company, namely menghematan efficiency and production costs by controlling production costs, the company made a breakthrough innovation that is different from other property companies, and pay attention to the quality of buildings, environmental quality, transport stream, and ensure the comfort of occupants of housing, pihal investors can invest their shares in PT. Cowell Development Tbk Tangerang without a doubt on whether the property business to invest in short and long term investment.
