- Title: The factor which causes customer to make decision to shoping in traditional market. (Study on the customer of lawang traditional market). The purpose of this research is to know kind of factors which causes costumer shoping in traditional market(study of costumer in Lawang market Malang) and the dominant factor which causes costumer shoping in traditional market. This research can used as matterial of information and consideration to take decisions which is related with strategy to influence costumer to shoping in traditional market. This research use analysis factor. The analysis is used for reduction, abridge from many variables become one or some factors. This process is identical with market factor derivation from collection variable. Based on analysis factor, so the result is 5 main factors which causes costumer shoping in Lawang traditional market. That 5 factors are reference group, personality, atmosphere and culture, social class, and product. Reference group factor is most dominant which causes costumer to shoping in Lawang traditional market. Some suggestions from this research for Lawang traditonal market are try to give collateral of product qulity, so it can give a good image and make customer will give positive information to costumer aspirant. It also make customer credibility that Lawang traditional market is shoping place which offer many kinds of product and a good price, so that it can use as reference to consideration of costumer aspirant to shoping in Lawang traditional market.
