- This study aims to analyze labor absorption in the shuttlecock industry in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency by testing partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data through direct interviews with 22 shuttlecock industry entrepreneurs in Sumengko Village. By using a qualitative and quantitative approach, and for testing hypotheses using the help of eviews version 9.0. Based on the calculation results using eviews 9.0 which shows that (X1) the wage variable has a negative effect and is not significant on labor absorption with a value of prob 0.6340 > 0.05. the capital variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption with a prob value of 0.0053 <0.05. the production value variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption with a prob value of 0.0194 <0.05. and wage, capital and production value variable together influence the absorption of labor with a f-statistic value of 247.0750 and a f-stat prob value of 0.000 <0.05.
