Criminology as a study of crime, in the simplified sense that it is often referred to as Criminal Etiolmogy, which is learning about the factors that cause crime and crime prevention efforts. In Criminology there are 2 (two) crime prevention systems which can be in the form : First, the "Moralistic" method, which is the system of poverty reduction by supporting moral / akhlak and character building, so that people do not commit crimes or can become victims of crime. Second, the way "Abolitionism" is a crime prevention system by releasing or eliminating the factors that cause a crime. Therefore, the author will discuss the two problem formulations as follows: Questions about forms or modes of prostitution carried out by female students in Malang and factors cause them to do the prostitution. The research method in this paper uses a type of sociological juridical research. Obtained conclusion as follows: Discussing prostitution mode in general based on 2 modes, namely: Mode I, carried out in hotels between consumers who are generally local officials, board members, entrepreneurs or other wealthy people who are connected via Handphone, and immediately meet at selected hotels, sometimes picked up, and then after sexual intercourse, consumers immediately pays as agreed in advance. Various offer price, start from Rp. 1,500,000,- up to Rp. 2,500,000,- once transaction, but if they use the hotel in the Batu area, there is an additional transportation cost of Rp. 500,000.-. Will be different price if staying overnight or 24 hours, which reaches Rp. 3,000,000,- up to Rp. 5,000,000,- Mode II, generally carried out in places approved by consumers. And generally consumer in this mode are male students. With only information from mouth to mouth, generally consumers immediately pick up at the student flats/apartment and taken to the consumer flats/apartmen. They can also be found (between consumers and representatives) at nightclubs, then invited to go to the consumer's place. The most expensive transaction value of Rp. 1,500,000, - That the majority of female students go into prostitution based on economic motives, namely 15 respondents (75%), while 4 respondents (20%) because of environmental factors, while the remaining 1 respondent (5%) because of mere pleasure.
