  • Strawberries (Fragaria sp.) Is one of the products of horticultural varieties of fruit with sweet fruit flavors-sour and high vitamin content. This study aims to determine the interaction between bio-slurry concentration and comparison of media on the growth and yield of strawberry (Fragaria sp.) And determine the concentration of bio-slurry and media composition ratio that gives the best effect of the plant strawberries (Fragaria sp.). Research conducted at the Laboratory of Integrated Agro Technology Park Education (Tamesia), University of Malang. The study was conducted from February to May 2019. The experimental design used in this study is a randomized block design (RAK) factorial, which consists of two factors. The first factor (F1) ie = concentration of bio-slurry consisting of four levels ie = K0, K100, K125, K150. The second factor (F2): Comparison of planting medium, consists of three levels ie M(1: 1: 2), M(1: 2: 1), and M(2: 1: 1). Variables include the observations of plant height, leaf number, the number of the petiole, the total number of stolon, the total amount of interest, the total amount of fruit, and the total weight of the fruit. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, if real would be followed by a further test BNJ 5%. Results from the study showed no real interaction between the treatment of bio-slurry concentration and ratio of the planting medium. Treatment concentrations of bio-slurry obtained the best results at a concentration of 125 ml / L (K2), which affect the vegetative growth of strawberry plants and 150 ml / L (K3) that affect the generative growth of strawberry plants, while in treatment comparisons planting medium obtained the best results in ratio (2: 1: 1) the effect on the vegetative growth of the plants.
