- This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the field of cleaning service PT. Khalisa. The research population is that all employees of the Cleaning service section number 45 employees using total sampling techniques. The research uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The analytical tool used to determine work discipline and performance is the analysis of the scale range. Simple linear regression analysis analyzes and knows the work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that employee work discipline is quite sufficient, and employee performance is high. For the application of the work discipline of the company, in order to create a pleasant working atmosphere in order to improve work discipline and employee morale.
