  • Establishment of Telecommunication Towers PT. Telecommunications Dayamitra that does not have a Tower Construction Permit in Malang City shows that the implementation of the Malang City Regional Regulation regarding telecommunications towers is still not running optimally. The research this time takes the formulation of the problem of how the procedure of the establishment of telecommunications towers, the implementation of licensing and government law enforcement in handling the establishment of telecommunications towers in the city of Malang. This study uses an empirical juridical - sociological research method in which this study will be examined in real accordance with the conditions in the field, primary data sources obtained in the field and secondary data sources from Malang City Government documentation and regulations and data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informants from Malang City Communication and Informatics Office and Malang Civil Service Police Unit Service and directly to the location of the Telecommunication Tower PT. Dayamitra Telecommunications on Jalan Mayjend Sungkono No. 02 RT. 01 RW.04 Buring - Kedungkandang Malang City as a place for primary data collection. Then the results of the researchers' data are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results of research at the Department of Communication and Information and Satpol PP of Malang City, the causes are a. Old Licensing Process b. lack of supervision c. lack of coordination d. lack of legal awareness for organizers. Suggestions, the need for better coordination and supervision and for organizers to continue to pay attention to existing regulations.
