The sample criteria are mothers with children aged 1-3 years with impaired food intake such as fussing at meals, fear of new foods, weight loss. This research was conducted in January 2019. Analysis of data using Spearman Rank Correlation Test with significance α = 0.05. Result: The results of the statistical analysis test with the spearmans rho test obtained a value of P value = 0,000 with a degree of significance α = 0.05. 0,000 <0,05, then H1 is accepted which means that there is an environmental relationship with the occurrence of avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder to toddler. Conclusion: There is an environmental relationship with the occurrence of avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder in toddler age.
