- The purpose of this study is to determine the form of legal protection of the Financial Services Authority for consumers of Financial Insurance services and to determine the form of dispute resolution between PUJK consumers and Insurance Financial Services Institutions. This writing uses a normative juridical approach, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as a basic material to be investigated by conducting a search of regulations and literature relating to the problem under study. This Skipsi discusses the role of the Financial Services Authority in Consumer Protection and Consumer Dispute Resolution. The results of the discussion explained complaints and settlements consisting of the Financial Services Authority, Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions, then the Indonesian Insurance Mediation Board where BMAI is an institution under the umbrella of the Association Indonesian Life Insurance, the Indonesian General Insurance Association, and the Indonesian Social Security Insurance Association, all of which are members of the Federation of the Indonesian Insurance Association.
