- Today's companies need methods that can determine the company's overall performance. Assessment of stakeholders can make the company able to carry out performance measurements to determine the extent to which the achievement of company performance is realized. The research objective is to identify stakeholder satisfaction and contribution, design a performance measurement system with Performance Prism methods, and measure and evaluate performance with Objectives Matrix and Traffic Light System. The results of the design of a performance measurement system in Malang Furniture Company obtained 28 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) including 5 KPI Investor perspective, 7 KPI Customer perspective, 4 KPI Supplier perspective, 6 KPI Employee perspective, and 6 KPI government and community perspectives. Based on the results of performance measurement and evaluation of the results of using Objectives Matrix and Traffic Light System, the value of the company performance is 6.5621. The performance of Malang Furniture Company is included in the yellow category and has been said to be good but improvements are still needed to improve the company's performance on an ongoing basis.
