- Lamongan Muhammadiyah hospital is one of the private hospital located in Lamongan Regency. It already has inpatient and outpatient facilities with fast and efficient services. However, there are still weaknesses in the phamaceutical installations like the system of ordering the drugs. The system is still conditional or made by order, it means new drugs will be made only if the drug supply runs out. Therefor, the authors conducted research by making application to predict drug stock aimed to facilitate the hospital to get effective and efficient services. The applications was devided into 2 parts, the admin application and the pharmacist application. It consisted the double exponential smoothing method to predict drug stock inventory. With this method, the calculation can be used to find the best optimization value with the smallest error value. The result of the MAPE calculation (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) Showed very good result with a value of 8.45%.
