- This study aims to analyze Human Development Index, Population Amount and poverty level of Districs or Cities in Central Java Province and to find out wheter Human Development Index and Population affect the poverty level in Districs or Cities in Central Java. The analytical tool used is Panel Data Regression. Which aims to determine magnitude of the influence between the independent variable on the dependent variable, that is the influence of variables of Human Development Index and Population Amount on poverty level in Districts or Cities in Central Java Province. The results of the analytical that is Human Development Index variable has a negative and significant effect with 0.0001 probabilities, and the Population variable has a negative and significant effect with 0.0369 probabilities on the Poverty level in the District of City in Central Java Province.
