Daftar Isi:
- Mushrooms are one of the agricultural commodities that are highly sought after by fortified people. Mushroom cultivation in Indonesia is still very limited to meet consumer demand every day. One of the promising business opportunities in Indonesia is mushroom cultivation. Mushroom cultivation in Indonesia has not yet been developed to the maximum. Factors that can increase production are from the optimum nutritional supply. So this research is carried out to find out which nutrition is effective to help the growth of mycelium optimally and can increase post-harvest production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the composition of the media on the results and components of the chemical quality of fungi and determine the results of proximate analysis of the media composition of white oyster mushrooms. This study uses a RAL system (Randomized Complete Series) with 5 treatments repeated 5 times, and further testing using 5% DMRT. The method of conducting this research is collecting information about the growing media on oyster mushrooms, measuring the growth of spores on oyster mushrooms, measuring the temperature and humidity of the room, calculating water content, knowing the weight of fruit at harvest. The following composition of the 5 treatments: P 0: 4000 g wood powder, 604 g lime, 4 liters of water, P 1: 4000 g wood powder, 4 g lime, bran 600 g, liters of water, P 2: 4000 g wood powder, lime 4 g, Corn 600 g, 4 liters of water, P 3: 4000 g wood powder, Lime 4 g, Polar 600 g, 4 liters of water, P 4: Wood powder 4000 g, Chalk 4 g, Menir 600 g, 4 liters of water . From the research that has been carried out based on the results of analysis of the variety tested further with DMRT 5% the best nutrition given for the growth of white oyster mushrooms is in the treatment of P1, namely the provision of bran nutrition.
