- This study aimed to describe the reasons for learning the implementation of the program al Qur'an Translation System 40 Hours in Jama Recitation Daarul Fikri Malang, implementation, and the views translation jama'a towards learning the quran. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The subject of this research is the supervising and the jama'a. Data collected through interviews, participant observation, direct observation, and documentation. While the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis, and test the validity of data using triangulation method and the method of triangulation of sources. The results showed that the reason for learning the implementation of the program alQur'an translation system 40 hours because of the teaching material about vocabulary in interpreting the Qur’an and study the contents of the content of the Qur’an, which is easy to use instructional media and is practical and easy method applied to various circles and is not limited by time. The implementation includes: a) The main purpose is to straighten faith in the community, show to the public about the true deeds in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunnah Rasulullah SAW; b) easy to use instructional media; c) learning method using lecture, question and answer, discussion and drill; d) the material consists of translations of vocabulary and content of verses of the Qur’an; e) evaluation conducted perindividu dipermulaan learning. The views on pembeajaran translation of the Qur’an is, jama'a states that learning is good, interesting, self motivation in learning the religion and in learning Arabic. The perceived result is: a) increasing knowledge about Islam; b) in terms of doctrinal camps, the jama'a feel afraid of God and wanted to be close to God by doing what they're told and leave the ban and also more confident jama'a that God who has power over all things; c) the jama'a be pleased to read the Qur’an and learn the meaning as well as its content; d) the jama'a can obtain knowledge of Arabic; e) the practice of Shariah in the case worship had become better and improve the quality of worship in the jama'ah.
