- To gain academic achievement, we need to study hard. Also, students must be able to manage their time well. Inability in time management can make students fail in obtaining academic achievement. Thus, this research reveals how students of ESA PROGRESIO manage their academic and organisation activity. It has purpose to deliver the strategy of ESA PROGRESIO students in managing their time and expectation in joining organisation. On the one hand, this also defines the factor that they face and the benefits from their involvement in organisation. This research used qualitative research approach. The research subject was students of ESA PROGRESIO 2018/2019 period. In collecting data, the research conducted structured interview. There were 5 participants who participated in this research. Moreover, the result shows that they balanced their time by scheduling, choosing priority, and avoiding procrastination. On the other hand, they expected to get new knowledge and better career in the future. After analysing the data from finding, the researcher found that they have different strategy in time management and have different expectation.
