- Precast concrete method is one of the constructional innovation methods where its elements are ready before the construction. The precast method has several excellence such as shorter construction process, less cost, better quality, and more efficient work in the project due to easier finishing process. Nevertheless, the precast requires several consideration such as product transportation, erection/element mixture, and connection determination for a proper joint. This study examined precast half slab at the project of Dino Apartment of Jatim Park 3 Batu, which is the first apartment built in Batu. It is located at Jalan Raya Ir. Soekarjo no.112 Beji, Junrejo, Batu. Based on the plan, the project used precast half slab with total plate thickness of 12 cm, precast plate with 10 cm thick, and 2 cm topping thick. The project used conventional beam system with the cross section dimension of 20/40 cm, elongated beam of 25/50 cm, and cross section beam of 30 cm and elongated main beam of 60 cm. The project used conventional column with the dimension of 70/70 cm, and its anchor’s dimension was 12 mm and its anchor channeling was 15 cm.
