- The purpose of this study is to know the work environment, work motivation and employee performance, the work environment has an effect on employee performance, work motivation has an effect on employee performance and between work environment and work motivation which has greater influence on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of the H. Damanhuri Barabai Regional General Hospital, namely 205 employees with a total sample of 67 employees. Data analysis techniques that have been carried out are using a range of scale analysis and multiple linear regression with F test and t test. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the conditions of employee performance fall into the high category, good work environment and high employee motivation. The work environment influences employee performance, work motivation influences employee performance and the work environment has a greater influence on employee performance
