Data analysis tool used is the AR (assessment ratio). Measurement of central tendency (mean, median, weighted mean, mean divided by the median, the mean divided weigted mean), and measurement variability (COD (coefficient of dispersion) and COV (coeffisien of variation). Result analysis of the mean: 0.4557; weighted mean: 0.4005; the mean divided by the median: 2.24: mean divided weigted mean: 2.21. while the COD measurement: 81.64 and COV: 654.7. from the analysis of measurement of central tendesi SVTO lower than the HJOP and the level of variability or uniformity of assessment has not been said SVTO uniform.
