- Bumi Podo Rukun access road connects the housing with the road system which has higher level of service. This access road is in the form of clay land construction. This type of land gets slippery during rainy season and causes certain danger which requires pavement construction. The construction for the housing is in the form of flexible pavement structure or paving block pavement structure. This study aims at finding the more efficient pavement structures. The method of flexible pavement structure planning refers to SNI 03-1732-1989 and the method of paving block pavement structure is based on Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). The Financial study uses the minimum cost analysis. The flexible pavement structure consists of Laston surface MS 340 with 7.5 cm thickness, the upper layer foundation consists of broken stone of type C (CBR 60%) with 20 cm thickness, and the lower layer foundation consists of sand and rock type C (CBR 30%) with 19.5 cm thickness. The paving block pavement structure consists of block paving surface type C with II grade quality (27 Mpa) with 8 cm thickness, sand extension layer with 3 cm thickness, and broken stone foundation layer type B (CBR 80%) with 12.5 cm thickness, the herringbone pattern is 90o, the concrete barrier of 15 x 25 x 40 cm. The result of the study shows that the paving block pavement structure is more efficient for access road of Bumi Podo Rukun housing.
