- Indonesia has great potentiality in the field of agricultural , one of them is hatcheries for producing the coffee plant that can grow in certain places .Hatcheries for producing the coffee plant was very helpful for the state in the economy and help in creating job fields .This study aims to coffee business to find out if the people were suitable to be executed and how profits gained by the farmers and how long that capital will be back .The research was conducted in the village kayumas arjasa situbondo district. A method of collecting the samples is conducted with a method of simple random sampling of the taking of samples randomly with the number of respondents 60. as many as peopleAnalysis tools used is an analysis to evaluate the project which is by calculation net present value ( npv ), gross b / c, ratio net b / c, ratio internal rate of return ( irr ), and payback period of ( pp ).This research lead to results of rp. Npv 85.673.421 > 0.The result of gross b / c ratio is 1,458 > 0 and net b / c ratio of + 1,498 > 0.Calculation of the internal rate of return ( irr outcomes ) 20,08 % > 6 %.Analysis of the payback period of ( pp ) is 7 years Coffee business people in the village kayumas arjasa situbondo district deserves to be working on it with a term payback for 7 years.
