  • Immunization is a way to actively increase a person's immunity to an antigen, so that when he is exposed to a similar antigen there will be no disease. The coverage of child immunization in WHO (World Health Organization) member countries has reached 90%, it is estimated that 85% of babies worldwide have been immunized and there are still 19.3% million infants and children not yet fully vaccinated and still at risk for disease. Knowledge affects someone to do health behavior. Mothers have an important role in caring for children, especially in completing childhood immunizations. However, the main challenge in implementing immunization is the level of mother's knowledge and mother's trust in the completeness of immunizations. Objective: The aim of the study was to identify factors that influence maternal noncompliance with basic immunization. Participants taken in this study were 3 participants namely husband and wife and sister-in-law, who were one family member who did not carry out complete basic immunization. Method: The design of this study used qualitative methods, CSR approaches (Case Study Research) using domain analysis data analysis. The research data was taken using the interview method. Data retrieval was carried out in Malang City participants' homes in June-July 2019. Results: The results of the study found that first overexpression of the impact of immunization, both beliefs and beliefs, and thirdly family support. From the results of this case study study it can be concluded that the factors that influence non-compliance with basic immunization are factors of over-anxiety, trust and confidence and family support.
