- This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Multi Rejeki Source. This type of research is associative, which explains the relationship between variables. The technique of taking respondents uses a sampling census with 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is the Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed, partially the work safety variables had a significant effect on employee performance and occupational health variables also had a significant effect on employee performance. For simultaneous test results, work safety and occupational health variables affect performance. For further researchers, it is expected to develop other variables besides occupational safety and health. because occupational safety and health is able to explain that 84.1% is influenced by these variables, while 15.9% is influenced by variables not examined in this study
