  • This research was conducted to determine the factors considered by customers in purchasing decisions and the dominant factors considered by customers in purchasing decisions on Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphones at Samsung Indocell, Erafone, and Meteorcell Malang outlets. This type of research is quantitative research, with a total population of all customers in the Samsung Indocell, Erafone, and Meteorcell Malang outlets that buy Samsung Galaxy S8 and the sample is determined by a purposive sampling method of 20 customers who buy Samsung Galaxy S8 at the Indocell, Erafone, and Malang Meteorcell with a total of 100 samples. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis. The results of the research show that there are five factors that are considered by customers to choose the Samsung Galaxy S8, namely product attributes, price, product quality, motivation, and aesthetics. Product attributes are a dominant factor in customer consideration when choosing a Samsung Galaxy S8. Samsung's corporate management in selling the Galaxy S8 needs to pay attention to product attributes, price, product quality, motivation, and aesthetics.
