- Blimbing villange, Paciran subdistrict, Lamongan regency has good sea potential and good marine development prospects. The purpose of this study was to determine the sosioeconomic conditions and the level of efficiency by calculating fishermen income. The mothod used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method and qualitative approach to 35 respondent fishermen. The results showed that the average gross income of fishermen was Rp.103,845,714,-. Average fixed costs around Rp.15,700,000,-. And the average variable costs is Rp.21,904,857,-. The total average costs is Rp.37,604,857,-. The average not income of fishermen in blimbing village is equal to Rp.66,240,857,-. And it is known that the level of efficiency of the fishing business in blimbing village, paciran subdristict, lamongan regency is equal 2,75. The fishing business in blimbing village is said to be efficient and has good prospects going forward because of the calculation results >1, this is based on R/C ration criteria. The sociaeconomic conditions of the blimbing village fishermen were classified as quite good, being able to meet their needs.
