- The purpose of this research is to analyze the causal factors of damage or defects occurring in manufactured plastic seed products and to reduce damage to plastic seed products as well as suggest corrective action by CV. Plastic Resources Malang. Research methods are conducted through data collection by means of documentation such as company data reports that form production data, and data corruption. This method of study uses two analysis tools, namely the cause diagram (Fishbone diagram) and Pareto diagram. Based on the results of analysis carried out from the years 2015 to 2018, the most product damage occurred in CV. The plastic resources of Malang is in the year 2018 with two damages namely the plastic seeds fade and plastic seeds are attached. Tinted plastic beans become the most damage in each production from 2016 to 2018. The damage occurs because it is caused by 4 factors, namely human (labor), materials, machinery, and methods
