- The research objective is to find out investment activities that can be done by beginners in the form of gold investment, gold investment has a risk that is not too large and can be a hedge when a crisis occurs. Research activities use the method of observation and practice directly at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch. The observation method is done by asking questions in operational activities, while the practice method is directly carried out when serving customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch of Batu. The data obtained comes from analysis, direct interviews and reading pawnshop reference books. Types of gold products that exist in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu’s branch is 1) Si Pintar, 2) Mikro Mulia Emasku, and 3) Tabungan Emas. This type of investment can be divided again according to customer needs. It is also expected to further increase investment activities for customers based on results and reports during the internship, which will have a positive impact on relevant customers. Then, as a sustainable program in the service and marketing field, I hope you will support future programs to be better served as an evaluation material for the best in the future.
