- Purpose of this study is trying to prove the board of commissioner, board of director, the board of sharia supervisor and audit committee toward the financial performance of Islamic bank. The population of this study is the Islamic bank during 2014-2018 as much as 14 Islamic banks. Based on purposive sampling method, 70 samples were obtained. The financial performance variable is measured by Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The analytical method used is multiple regression using SPSS 24 software. The result of this study proves that the board of commissioners partially has a significant effect on ROA, CAR, and NPF. The board of directors, the board of sharia supervisor and audit committee partially do not influence ROA, CAR, and NPF.
