- Road plans and construction are one of the factors that build sustainable areas including infrastructure development to meet communities’ needs mainly constructing a new road to connect among areas or regions, for example, Mayjend Sungkono which becomes the main road of east part of Malang. This road is not only connecting between the city of Malang and Malang Regency but also the city of Malang and agricultural industrial estate. Therefore, it is necessary to be provided by proper facilities and infrastructure. The result of the research shows that rigid pavement containing of thick pavement of concrete plate K-350 by 18 cm, dowel (trellis): ∅ 25, length of 45 cm, space by 30 cm, tie bar: ∅ 12, length of 70 cm, space by 75 cm. The budget plan of rigid pavement for the next 20 years is Rp. 31,520,379,994,00 (Thirty one billion five hundred twenty million, three hundred seventy nine thousand nine hundred ninety four rupiah).
