- This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation and performance of employees, to test and analyze the work environment and work motivation influence on employee performance and to test and analyze the work environment and variable work motivation whether the dominant influence on employee performance. The type of research in the preparation of this paper is explanatory research. The population in this study is CV employees. Sinar Mulia Sejahtera with a total sample of 52 employees. Data analysis techniques that have been carried out are using a range of scale analysis and multiple linear regression with F test and t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the work environment is in a good category, motivation is included in the sufficient category and the employee's performance falls into the adequate category. There is the influence of the work environment and work motivation influence on employee performance and work motivation has a dominant effect on employee performance.
