- Abstract In this research has objevtive to know how big the influence of minimum wage, the number of industry and of employment year 2012-2017. Regression analysis intrument was used in the study data panel, with the testing of hypotheses namely F, test t and koefesien test of determination (R2). The level of errors in namely α = 5%. Regression analysis data panel using fixed effect a model. Indicates that the variable minimum wage has a negative and insignificant results where as the number of industry and education have had positive result and significantly to the absorption of labor in Bakorwil II East Jawa. With a value minimum wage of 0, -0,007, the number of industrial having value of 0,103 and education has value of 0,026. And the value of determination (R2) of 99%, this shows that the free variables of the minimum wage, the number of industry and capable of being explained education variable bound namely in creating at 99%, 1% while the rest described by other variables.
