- Banana is one of the products of horticultural commodities in fruit groups that have high social and economic values. Regions that have typical food are made from bananas, namely in Bojonegoro Regency by utilizing bananas as processed home industry called of ledre. Ledre is a snack made from plaintains, rice flour, coconut milk, water, vanilla, peanut oil, and sugar. The success of a business can be seen from the profits obtained. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost structure in the production process, the profits obtained, the volume of ledre production in the Break Event Point, indicating the decline in the ledre home industry so that it does not experience a loss at the safety point or margin of safety, and analyze the factors that cause differences in expenditure and income. The results of this study found that the profits derived are influenced by the amount or volume of production produced and the total production costs incurred. Break Even Point analysis is influenced by costs, selling prices and sales volume. The five home industries are said to exceed the Break Event Point or break even point which means the business is good to run because it gets high profits and is in a safe point of business every month.
